Free general legal advice and referrals
Advice
Initial advice on general legal issues is provided to CaLD populations in one off interviews. Additonal appointments may occur for more complex matters.
Referrals
If we are unable to assist you we will, where ever possible, refer you to a community legal cetnre that is equipped to handle your specific legal problem.
Casework
In limited circumstances CASE for Refugees will represent you in courts and tribunals.
Interpreters
We use accredited interpreters at our inforamtion sessions and during client interviews.
Legal Advice on
Tenancy, domestic violence, understanding contracts, road traffic offences, discrimination, wills, employment disputes and debts.
